Andrea Ferguson

Andrea has her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Mississippi College. She has joined the practice of Hardin Life Resources in Jackson, MS office.
"My goal in the therapeutic process is to provide a healthy environment that fosters the opportunity for growth in an individual’s life. I believe in a holistic and client-centered approach. I am also a firm believer in mind, body, and spirit. One circle impacts the other and all parts must be fully functional for individuals to truly live their life to the fullest.
In addition, I believe in getting one’s body moving during therapy. This may look like crafting your family tree with clay or perhaps simply petting a therapy animal. As the body moves, the mind often calms down.
My special areas of interest include empowering young adults, anxiety/depression, women’s issues, and relationship issues.
